U2log.com Podcast

A Podcast from the Editors of U2log.com

Leave Us a Voicemail

We’d love to hear from you via email, comments on the blog, or even twitter. We’ve recently added a Google Voice account where you can leave us a message… with your voice. Shocking how that works!

Hit up the contact page, click the little flashy graphic and leave us a message. Let us know what you think of the podcast, a question you have for Bono (we’re meeting him next week btw), or just sing us part of your favorite U2 song. We can’t guarantee it, but we may use your message in a future podcast. And then you’ll be able to check that off your list of things to do before you die!

Episode 003 — “Belated Mother’s Day”

Updated: Editing Mistake Being Fixed — There’s a bit of an error in the audio file currently linked. All/most of the audio samples we chat about are missing which makes for a lot of dead air time, something our (non-existent) advertisers aren’t happy about. We’re taking the file offline to tweak it and we’ll let you know the moment it’s been fixed up! Thanks for your patience.

Updated v2: And we’re back!

Welcome to episode 3. Happy Belated Mother’s Day and happy belated episode 3. Just like a U2 release, we’re one week too late to combat the pirates of the internet.

In this episode we open with a special message from Lynda.com explaining where Twitter and U2 intersect in your life. Then we chat about the Magnificent remixes, Bono interviewing George Clooney, the official Magnificent video, U2’s ability to sing at your wedding, The Edge’s Malibu issues continued, and so much more it will make your head spin!

As mentioned in the podcast, we’re looking for your help with the podcast. Here’s a couple ways you could help out:

  • Send us some album art for each episode. We love the U2log.com logo and we’ll probably keep that incorporated somewhere, but if you can design a 600px x 600px image that would rock the boat for an episode, send it in!
  • Do you have a cover of a U2 song you’ve done? Or a remix of your favorite song that you did? We’re looking for help for our outro/ending music and we’d love to use some fan’s creations/tributes to end our podcast. Send us a link to your song somewhere on the web or try out our Soundcloud dropbox
